You guys! We are heading into our second campless summer.
NO HELP CARING FOR MY CHILDREN UNTIL SEPTEMBER.
If you need us, we will be doing somersaults in the backyard.
Speaking of backyard, I MOWED THE LAWN today with the lawn mower for the first time ever. It was a lot like vacuuming only really much more rewarding. Obviously that picture above was taken BEFORE the mowing.
I LOVE picking the kids up on the last day of school. The principal and all the support staff and aids stand outside and blow bubbles and blast music. Today was The Lumineers' "Ho Hey" and of course Pharrell Williams' "Happy." All the kids come out to a celebration. So adorable.
In the spirit of complete festivity, we also had an end-of-year soccer dinner for Harry with trophies and cupcakes and beer. And it was the final PTO fundraiser at Orange Leaf, so how could we resist?
