We're moving in a week, just to the next town over, and he's definitely acting out & having some anxiety about it. Couple a move w/ starting kindergarten (we're doing the same thing--moving 4 days after he starts) and its just a double whammy of little kid angst.

I LOVE that there's a camera out there that will sense a smile--I need one of those!!sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01387145957769474838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30058350.post-23703537711599591702011-08-24T11:30:24.602-05:002011-08-24T11:30:24.602-05:00Oh! It's Maeve who I fear we're making grow up too fast. Baby toys? Packed that shit right up because she won't play with them anyway. Highchair? Eh, sit at the table in a booster already. Climb in your own carseat while you're at it. I'm stressing that I am hiring a sitter two mornings a week for three hours because I feel I should spend as much one-on-one time with her this year as I can since it will just be me and her.

The mommy guilt, it never ends. :) And you'll be there for the first day. There's no way you'll still be pregnant by then!Snarky Mommyhttp://www.snarkymommy.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30058350.post-2770551675706938212011-08-23T20:23:21.228-05:002011-08-23T20:23:21.228-05:00I can so relate to your post ... what a great litt...I can so relate to your post ... what a great little boy! I feel the same way about Izzy, I make her go play by herself so much when the other kids are napping because I need a break, and I really should be spending that time with her one on one. but she doesn't seem to mind, and she actually asks for more babies all the time even when I explain that would mean sharing a room and having less attention.

I'm sure he'll do great in kindergarten!lonek8https://www.blogger.com/profile/09217503506508289374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30058350.post-4674566301159706192011-08-23T12:19:45.067-05:002011-08-23T12:19:45.067-05:00What a sweet post! Harry will do great at school!Beccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05156777853779141522noreply@blogger.com
