Blah, blah, blah, Chrismukkah, blah, blah

I am done with my holiday shopping. Not one more night of Hanukkah, not one more stocking stuffer, not one more just-one-last-little-thing. Nothing left to buy. We even put a couple of things away for Jack's birthday, that's how totally done we are. I shopped all day, which was awful. Stores were packed, and parking lots were dangerous. Just ask Harry's moose, Mooseltoe (he named it after one of his favorite holiday books), whom Harry built yesterday at Build-A-Bear. He took the moose with us to breakfast and Little Gym this morning, pushed it in its little blue stroller and everything. About halfway through class, he lost all interest in the moose, so I had to carry it around with me, and after class, I had to buckle it into its stroller and wheel it into the parking lot, at which point I also blithely forgot all about it and backed the hell over it with my car. Awesome. Merry Christmas.

This is Harry's lamp, in case you couldn't tell

He's very proud of it

Ben and Harry took a shower, so I washed Jack in the sink, but he doesn't fit.

Doesn't fit at all

And I swear it happened over night.

Here they are after bath

Good recovery, Jack

If you are buying gifts for someone and you want that person to be surprised at the appointed gift opening hour, do not bring Harry with you to shop for said gifts. Not only will he tell the recipient in pretty accurate detail and with almost no prodding what will be waiting under the tree , he'll reveal the gift-giver's most secretest secret hiding places. He's such a little leaker.

Oh no, poor Mooseltoe! I haven't really even started holiday shopping. Go me! I'm jealous of your all done status. Love the sink pictures. Hilarious.

Sorry Mooseltoe had an accident! Hopefully Harry isn't devastated. I love the bath pictures though. Jack is really getting big these days!
